We welcome you to celebrate mom with us on May 13th with a special Brunch Menu. We will be welcoming all brunch guests with a complimentary mimosa and minitature house-made pastries with meyer lemon curd. Our featured brunch entree will be an Eggs Benedict Action Station; you choose your preferred choice of bread, fillings – such as crab cake, shaved natural beef filet, or chorizo patty - select your favorite hollandaise sauce, and our chefs will do the rest! Those seeking a pick-me-up will find comfort with our “Make Your Own” Bloody Mary Bar, where you will be invited to compliment your Bloody with toppings such as picked vegetables, serrano peppers, olives, horseradish, citrus and bacon swizzle sticks. Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation® is the nation’s premier culinary benefit, featuring top chefs and mixologists — all of whom are coming together to donate their time, talent and passion to end childhood hunger in America.
The evening will begin with a cocktail competition in which the city’s best mixologists square off, featuring recipes representative of various cities throughout the nation. Sample these liquid creations and vote for your favorite cocktails! Then, transition to the Fairmont Princess’ stunning ballroom for a seated meal prepared tableside by some of Phoenix and Scottsdale’s most talented chefs. Each table will enjoy a different menu from a different restaurant. Each table of ten guests will be treated to a five course dinner with wine and specialty cocktail pairings prepared exclusively for their table by one of our featured chefs.
